Form inquiry - Auto prepopulate form fields based on IDs

Hello! I have check your help page but I could not find if I can create automatically fill form.

Let me try to explain what i wan to do. I would like to create a form, for mu wholesale department. We have over 1000 SKUs in out company and i would like to make it easier for our customers by auto filling this form. Let's say customer knows the SKU number, he types it in the field, and name of the item, price and other fields filled automatically. Or if the customer knows only item name, starting typing it gives them the options from items are available in the system. Let say we have Blue t-shirt in the inventory, Customer starts to type in "BL" and the system offers him to pick Blue t-shirt... I hope i am clear with this. Waiting for your response

Fuzzy search is available with an 'Auto Complete' widget, but it will not be connected with the other form fields.
