How to avoid single time slot to be double booked?

hello there,

I was wondering if I could have some advise to resolve a few issues I am having with my booking form

The form is used for clients to book consultations. I would like to make it so it isn't possible for a single time slot to be double booked.

I would also like to block out some times that the client is able to book (as I don't want to be having a consultation with a client at 2am for example)

Also the form doesn't always appear on my website. I have found that I need to refresh the page for it to appear. i'm not sure why this is?
