Our Members complete this form : "MISO Summer Readiness Drill- Three Part Communication Exercise" and get a confirmation sent to their email from the form, but, not all the information they entered shows up. It does however show up in the Report.How doe we get that missing information back in the confirmation email?

The easiest way to ensure all current form fields are included in an email would be to create a new notification or autoresponder email:
https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
The default email contains all current form fields with their correct ID's and all submitted form data should be included in the email.
