    I am Not Receiving E-Mail when Someone fills my Form. Earlier I used to but not now

    According to your account email history the emails are indeed being sent.  You can check the same logs from your end:

    There have been some recent reports of emails being filtered to spam/junkmail.  Check your spam/junkmail folder to see if the emails are being filtered there.
