I need immediate help or you will shut down business for my company and we will not be pleased.

My account "thatguyfsu" cevans@georgialibraries.org should be connected to the Enterprise account "Parrington" parrington@georgialibraries.org.

Please connect these 2 so I won't lose my files.  We have the most expensive plan available.

Your form "Annual Audit / AUP Submission FYE June 30, 2018" has 97 file uploads along with the submission data, which is causing the account to be over limit.  While the "Parrington" account did share access with your account, since the form with your uploads resides in your account, it is subject to the limits of your account.

Sub-user accounts do not inherit the limits of the account that shared access, but can move forms to the upgraded account to give them upgraded limits.  If you move the form to "Parrington" account using the steps described in part 2 of the following guide, the form will get the upgraded limits of the Parrington account and will automatically be shared with your account:

I think I moved it.  I also think this is ridiculous.

We can indeed, the only issue is it would then be necessary to share it with your account from the Parrington account after we move it.  If you move it from your end it would automatically be shared with your account.  To move if from your end would only require dragging the form title into the shared folder then accepting the confirmation.

So it was successfully moved but none of the formerly uploaded files are accessible.

I checked the files from the submission view and they are indeed accessible:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

If you are trying to access them from a previously emailed URL, file URL's contain the account username as a part of the file path so the files would have a new URL.  The old URL would be something like:

    https://www.jotform.com/uploads/Thatguyfsu/formID/submissionID/filename

    The new URL would be:

    https://www.jotform.com/uploads/parrington/formID/submissionID/filename

You can change our the username in the file path or access the files directly from the submission view.

Try now, it seems there is a bit of lag with transferring over the files.  Everything looks to be completed as far as I can tell.

Is that the only submission with an issue downloading the files?  It looks like an issue with the submission itself, all other files appear to be fully accessible.
