    Hi JotForm Team,

I wanted to try this out and realized I reached the limit at one point. Can you confirm this form me:

    - The very first day of the next month, the disabled form can start receiving submissions again

    - editing a submission counts as an additional submission

    - If I reached the limit and other people tried to submit, are they given an error, or are they told that it was submitted successfully (but me not receiving the submission). On the new month, will these submissions appear for me or is it totally lost?

    Thank you,

    Jolly

    - The very first day of the next month, the disabled form can start receiving submissions again

If you are referring to enable a disabled form automatically, you can refer to this thread in which my colleague has provided detailed steps to achieve this: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1183529

    - editing a submission counts as an additional submission

Only the initial submission is counted. Edited submission will not be counted as an additional submission.

    - If I reached the limit and other people tried to submit, are they given an error, or are they told that it was submitted successfully (but me not receiving the submission). On the new month, will these submissions appear for me or is it totally lost?

Once you reach your submission limit, your forms will be disabled for the meantime. It will reactivate once you upgrade your account or wait for the submissions counter to reset.

Feel free to reach us if you have any questions or need any further help from my end.

Thank you Nick, your answers were very helpful.

    - The very first day of the next month, the disabled form can start receiving submissions again

What I meant is that, once I reach the limit for that month, my form becomes disabled. I want confirmation whether that in the new month, that form is automatically active again and can receive submissions again, without flipping a switch somewhere.

    - editing a submission counts as an additional submission

Thank you, I reached the limit on my form, and I tried to edit it. It would not let me because it gave me the warning that I've already reached the limit. Is that a bug or is that supposed to be like this?

    - If I reached the limit and other people tried to submit, are they given an error, or are they told that it was submitted successfully (but me not receiving the submission). On the new month, will these submissions appear for me or is it totally lost?

I've reached my limit, and I wanted to test out if I still can fill it out. When I filled it out, I got the notification that I submitted my form successfully, however, it of course does not show up on my end that I received it. My question is, to those people that may have filled up a form while I've reached my limit, will all these become available to me in the next month? How will I be able to determine who submitted the form if this is not the case?

We do not disable the forms and do not hide any submissions from you.

When the form is over the limit, the following page is displayed instead of the form.Free Account Limit Image 1 Screenshot 20

The users are not able to submit such 'over limit' forms, and you are not able to edit submissions on such forms using the 'edit' option.
