Unfortunately, we do not have any direct option to set a password for a form. But, you can take advantage of a conditional logic feature. Specifically, you can add a field to your form asking for a verification code and then show form fields if entered code is correct. Here is a guide: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

Please note that you should not use a word 'password' on a form, this may trigger account suspension by our phishing detector. You can use any other text like 'verification' or 'authorization'.

Thank you for the response. Is it possible to create an agree to terms button? Clients tick a box to agree to the terms and if they want to read the terms they click on and a link pops up to read and then click off when done reading the terms?
