Hi,
we we are looking for your kind support on the subject mentioned above. We are also looking for your paid subscription, to get more services from jotform. But since last couple of days I am not able to hear the notification sound on jotform mobile app. Also not getting the notification immediately on submission of the form.
Look for your early response on the same,

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.
There are things that need to be checked in order to troubleshoot the issue you are having.
First, you need to make sure that the Notification Settings of your mobile device do not restrict the JotForm App.
Second, make sure that the Settings in JotForm App shows that "New submission notifications" is checked.
Lastly, please make sure that the "Auto Sync" setting of your mobile device is also enabled.
Other things that you can do to troubleshoot the issue is to try to clear the app's data and log in your account again. Or, you can also try installing the app on a different phone and try it there.
If you tried what was mentioned above and the issue still persists, please feel free to let us know.

I am trying with all the available options you have mentioned but still
not receiving any notification on submission of the form.Can you please also help me to understand how we can do the integration of
the form using webhooks and API key.
Somehow I am missing on that front. I am not able to get the webhooks url,
and also the place where I can use the API key to integrate the form.
Can you please guide me step by step on this process.

Apologies for any inconvenience. May we know what mobile device are you experiencing the issue you have described with the JotForm App, please?
Also, when you first opened the JotForm App, were you prompted to allow push-notifications as explained in this guide — How-to-Download-and-Start-using-the-JotForm-Mobile-App-

Even if you're not getting the option, you have it in Application's settings page:
I tested it and new submission notification is working fine.
On which phone did you test?

Are you testing standard JotForm mobile application or JotForm Next?
If you're using the standard one, please try JotForm Next:

The URL would be the webpage or php page you have added your webhook scripts.

I think there was a confusion since WebHooks does not have anything to do with the JotForm Next mobile app so I'm afraid that we cannot provide an URL to trigger a notification, the app has been developed to trigger the push notifications upon new submissions.
I have downloaded the app for Android and I have been testing it, the push notifications are working as far as I can see, example:

As mentioned above, I have tested the app for Android, may you please kindly let us know if you're using the Android or iPhone app?
Also, may you please kindly try using a different device to test the app?
You may also try uninstalling the app and installing it again.
Please let us know how it goes.

To receive push notification in JotForm Next mobile app, you do not have to integrate any webhook in form. The app will automatically display the notification message on mobile device.
Are you using iPhone app or Android app where you are not able to see the notification message?
