Is the HIPAA compliant form only for the Medical branch?

Hi, 

Is the HIPAA compliant form only for the Medical branch? Or could it be used in the finance branch also?

I've asked the same question, but received this as an answer and I'm not sure if this is the answer I am looking for: Once you convert your account into HIPAA account, all data will be moved to Jotform's dedicated HIPAA server

Can someone please help?
