How does the mobile app work?

Good to know how this mobile app works. I am using this app, but the push notification is not working in this app. Can you please help. The form submissions are not synced automatically on submission of new forms.

I have tested the JotForm mobile APP with my IOS phone and it seems to be working correctly at my end.

In the APP on the top portion, it would show the total submission and the new submissions.

When your form has an unread submissions it will show a counter box on the right side on the number of unread submissions with green background.

Can you please test your form again and let us know if the issue still remains?

Please understand that we need to manually refresh the app to get the new
submission of the forms.
Ideally it should be on a auto sync model or auto refresh, whenever anyone
submits the new form
