How do we create a form which will send its contents to an email address

Hello,

Can Jot forms allow us to create a form which users may fill out, which they may send the contents of, to an email address automatically?

We would want the form entries to appear in the email in a clear, structured format.

Is this possible?

By default, the notification and autoresponder email templates are automatically created as soon as you add the name and email fields in the form. You can create a new one by following the steps in the guides below:

The email template is currently in a table format. You can style it, but with only an inline CSS. You can generate the inline CSS in the links below:
