Forms coming through every time for the last week in duplicate?!

    Every time someone submits a form it come through in duplicate????”would someone please look at why this would s happening???

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I could not find any jotform embedded on that site, but I assume that you are referring to this form: https://form.jotform.co/81221794639867 

    Can we do a real submission in that form in order to test it?

    I have just checked your form and I can see you have one email notification with a missing recipient email address, two email notifications and two email autoresponders, both have the same information:

    Here is what the "Notification 2" contains:

    As you can see the content is the same so you would be receiving two emails from every submission. Try deleting one notification and one autoresponder, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
