I've been trying that for days but it is not connecting. Is there a way you can call me and walk me through this? I should have this on my website by now but this one issue is holding things up.

Ok. If you look at my screenshot above, what do I do next? I have tried both options and I'm still getting nowhere with either of them.

I'm sorry- I didn't answer your question. It just keeps spooling and doesn't ever connect. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

In your first screenshot, it seems that you've just signed up. It says that you will need to confirm your email before you can access the payments.
Can you please make sure that your PayPal email is already confirmed?
After that, please re-connect your Paypal checkout credentials by doing the same steps again but this time, you need to login to your Paypal checkout account instead of signing up.
