Yes, you can also send/sync attachments to your Airtable. See the screenshot of my test submission below:

I have a setup like shown, but it doesn’t sync attachments only the other entries. Any suggestions?

The mapped field for the upload tool should be an attachment type, see screenshot below for reference:

Then in AirTable integration, the name of the attachment type should be {input}, see my screenshot below for reference.

You can also re-integrate the form to your Airtable account to refresh the fields.
