Is there a way to perform answer piping into another question?

Hello,

I need the functionality to perform what is called answer piping in other form builder software.

Where I can pass a value that the user gave as a responce into the question-text of a following question, like:

Question: What's your name?

Answer: Steve

Question: Hello Steve, how are you today?

------------

Is that possible? If yes, how?

------------

Further I was wondering, if I can build a "running tally" that tells the respondent, how much he will have to pay adding the options, he chose.

Is there a way to build that?
