Paypal option - is there a way to change to have one tiime payment and monthly option?

    If so, how, if not, where can I change to monthly only?


    Also

    where can I change the name on the account -- I forget where those settings are -- if they are on paypal or jotform.

    None of my forms are working. Is there a Jotform issue? Please advise...I've tried asking a free timers w/o response.
