Not able to upgrade to Gold plan. It shows error message that credit card has been declined.

    Hi,


    We've been trying to pay for the Gold yearly subscription but we are constantly receiving an error stating that our credit card has been declined.

    Can you please advise why this is occurring.

    I did check your account and found that you have successfully upgraded your account to gold yearly plan.

    I was able to renew the subscription with another card. Can you please email me tax Invoice #78194E3-0008 to me.
