How do I get the multi answer widget to work with a payment option?

I added the multi answer widget. How do I get that to work with a payment option?

I have checked your form 91346787863170 and see that there several fields added with Product information. Are you referring to these fields?

If so, I notice that these fields are added using Full Name which is not possible for calculations. If you need to add multiple custom products to the form for calculations, it is required to add separate fields for each type i.e., product number, name and quantity using Short text entry and Number field.
