SSL for our custom domain jotform, form.arcadier.com and form.tillia.io

How do I got about signing up for an account that permits our companies to have secure forms?

    Hello Paul,

I'm sorry to say, but our custom domain configured for CNAME record does not support HTTPS yet.

A workaround would be to configure a subdomain to your end, add a new directory based on the username on that sub-domain, and create an HTML page in that directory folder which would be your index file. In the HTML page is the embed codes of the form.

I would suggest getting the iframe embed: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

So, the method would be to copy the custom domain by configuring a sub-domain and a directory structure.

I have also raised this thread to our backend team to see if they can have this feature in our form builder. Please note that we cannot give you an estimate as to when this feature will get implemented or if our developers will consider adding such in the future, but as soon as we have an update, we will let you know here.

Thank you, and please let us know if you have any further questions.

Just to add here. We also have an Enterprise version which is a managed Jotform system. You can have a custom domain for this which supports HTTPS.

You can check our Enterprise version here: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/. If you have questions about it, please contact our Enterprise Sales support by clicking the Contact Sales button on the page.
