JotForm Cards: Redirect to an external link after submission

I trust all is well with You..
(1) Potential Customer completes my Hot Seat Form
(2) When they Submit the Hot Seat Form, I would like them to be redirected to the Calendar Function to book an Appointment with me
(3) When they book the appointment, then I would like them redirected to the credit card page, so they can pay.
I am wondering how to set this up..

I can only assume that you would like to have the calendar function where your respondents will book an appointment with you and the credit card page where they will process their payment be handled outside JotForm. If that is the case, you can just set up your form to be redirected to your calendar function website after they have submitted your form. To do that, please follow the instructions in this guide — How-to-Redirect-Form-Respondents-to-an-External-Link-in-JotForm-Cards

Also, if you can give us the details of your preferred way of collecting appointment schedule and payments, we can try to check if it is possible to have those also be handled within JotForm.
