My credentials don't work to enter my site

    Hello,

    I've been trying to enter my site but firstly, my password wasn't recognised. I managed to change the password but still it says: Login failed - Username or password did not match.

    Would you please advice?

    Could you please share the username that you are using to login? I can see one free account with the username Uccle associated with the email address coordination.uccle@kidsandus.be. 

    Is this the account you are trying to login? I also checked your last edited form 91405412008344, it seems the form is located under a guest account.

    I checked the account Uccle and it is in a good state, you should be able to log in. Please make sure that you are entering the username Uccle and you may try resetting the password. Here is the guide: How-to-reset-the-password

    Please share a screenshot of the error if you still face the issue.
