I received this response to my question, but I'm unclear on a few things. Which program - Jotform or Asana - should I be using to perform the steps below? I do not see a Settings tab in either. Where can I get more detailed instructions to get my Jotform working with Asana?

We are sorry for the confusion. My colleague was mentioning about JotForm.
1. Settings tab. 2. Edit integration. 3. Customize the Asana task.
When I submit my test form the Asana is creating a task.
Your PRPL Marketing and Graphics Request form has an integration which set up correctly.

I am aware that my integration has been set up. Where I am stuck is when I go into Asana, how do I share the form with my in-house clients so that they can request graphics jobs?

Sorry for the confusion. As far as I see your integration did not complete. Probably you do not have a "Project" in the Asana to complete integration. Because of that, the form cannot be submitting. Please create a project in the Asana to complete the integration. The integration is creating tasks for your team to handle. Can I ask where do you want to publish your form?
