How to reset the form upon submission?

Hello! So everyday at camp, we allow our teen campers to choose their activities for the day. I will be calling them up by cabin and want to have them pick their activities on Jot Form. I would like to be able to reset the form for each camper after each submission. So in other words, camper 1 selects archery for activity 1 and waterpark for activity 2, clicks submit. How do I allow the next camper and so on to submit and reset the form? 

You may use the form URL, the one you already shared, as custom thank you page, once the user submits the form it will be redirected to this form again, but this will be empty so the next one can start filling the information.
