We currently don't have an Integration with Jornaya.

May we know how you want this integration to work with your form?

I need to have a jornaya code on my submit question only. All I need to do is add the code to the submit form.

Also, how do I set up my Jotform to be integrated with my internal crm? Currently, I am manually adding in my leads into my crm.

Do note that we don't allow Scripts inside the form. You may however redirect your form to your web page with the script code.
