Is there an add-on to just add credit card information without having to accept payment?

I don't have PayPal or Square, etc.  I am a travel agent and I need to collect payment information from my customer to then pay for their booking with my supplier, i.e.:  Air Canada, Sunwing Vacations, etc.  Therefore, using PayPal doesn't work for me, I hope that makes sense?  I was wondering if there is a way I can collect my customer's payment info without having to go this route?  I realize I can do it individually with dropdown, dates, etc., but was hoping there would be an easier way.

Please note that we do not allow collecting credit card information because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms of use. Card number, expiration date, security codes and cardholder name are considered critical information. The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

Also, I want to add a condition where I only have to add information for the number of guests in a room.  So, if there are only 2 guests, I will only need to request info from two people.  If it is a family of 5, I will need info from all 5.  I am not sure how to add these conditions.
