Does the Bronze Plan offer phone support in emergencies?

    We are currently use the Cognito Pro Plan.  My database manager is not getting edit links and Cognito is refusing phone support.  Before we bail on Cognito Forms and move to Jotform, we would like to know if your customer support will be any better.
