How to ugprade my account to HIPAA Compliance?

    Why do we see "upgrade to HIPAA Compliance" under the Data tab in our account settings?  Doesn't our Silver level account include HIPAA Compliance?

    Upgrading to the silver or gold plan does not mean that your account will become HIPAA compliant in an instant. You have the option to enable HIPAA features in your account or not.

    If you want to use HIPAA forms, please upgrade to HIPAA compliance by following this guide: How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance

    You will not be charged for it. The HIPAA features are included in the silver, gold, and enterprise plans.

    Thank you!  We have upgraded the account.

    We are now having an issue with one of the staff member's computers that needs to see unencrypted form submission data.  When she was originally prompted for the private key, she did not have it, and cancelled that process.  Since then, she has been unable to view unencrypted form data and we cannot determine how to get another prompt for the private key. Again, we have provided the staff matter a private key, but cannot determine how to get this particular staff member to get prompted to enter the key.  Can you assist?
