Why won't my form accept submissions/payments?

    Hi there!

    I am trying to process a couple credit cards through the JotForm on our website and continuously get an error screen. I have called both credit card owner's to confirm the information is correct and it is, but it is still not being accepted or processed. 

    I have included the link to the form that we are experiencing the issue with as well as a screenshot of the error screen. 

    Also, when we log into our account it says we don't have submission storage. What is that? and how can we resolve?

    I tested your form on the website and am receiving the same error. Could you re-embed the form on your website using the iframe code, which I believe could take care of the issue?

    Make sure to remove/clean first any previous existing script embed code of the form before adding the iframe code.
