Calculation on the form is not working correctly

I have the Infusionsoft integration set up to pass the JF calculation field to the quiz score field in IS but it's not doing it.  When I look at my submission it also doesn't give me the score.  It is only recording that I failed the quiz but when I took it again and purposely answered most of them correctly it didn't give me the passed tag. Doesn't seem to be calculating correctly and none of the reporting gives me a score to see what it is doing.  Here is the link to the form - https://www.jotform.com/build/91564820456158 - can you please tell me what's wrong with the calculation?

Here is a video of the calculation - the formula is set to add up the score, divide it by 33 and multiply by 100 to give the percentage (so if got all right it would add up all the score to be 33 and divided by 33 = 1 x 100 = 100 percent) - https://www.loom.com/share/6b92e0b0136e4b468a55015df17db373

The calculation on the form seems to be set correctly. However, the calculated value seems to be cleared when the form is submitted due to the setting 'Clear Hidden Field Values' in the form settings.

Please change the option to Don't Clear so that it should be working fine. Hope this information helps!

Oh - who knew - must be a default setting.  Thanks - two other things -

    1.  Is there a way to clear the use Jot message at the bottom of the thank you page?

    2.  How can we let the person know their score when they submit and give them a link to retry if they fail?

    Thanks,

You may upgrade your account to a paid subscription plan so that the JotForm branding shall be removed automatically.

    2.  How can we let the person know their score when they submit and give them a link to retry if they fail?

You may setup an autoresponder on the form so that it shall be sent to the email address entered on the form. You may setup the Thank you page displaying the results to the user right after submitting the form.
