This happens to me for the past 2 months.
THe email is on my contact list and I have been emailing with it for years and all of a sudden it's going to SPAM. I moved it, set up a filter, marked it as not spam but nothing works. From what I've read below it seems to be a common current problem and why is gmail not fixing it?

Can we ask you to share a link of your form so we checked it closer?
If you are using noreply@jotform.com as sender, I can suggest to try switching to noreply@formresponse.com one to see if that will work better.
Alternatively, you can setup your own SMTP sender: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
