Another thing, is there a widget that once the form is opened, it automatically populate the date and time when it was opened? Like a timestamp but it is showing in the form as well as it will be in the linked google sheet?

The Date field, with the Time option enabled, has an option to have the current date and time when the form loads.

With regards to linking the date to Google Spreadsheet, please know that the Submission Date of the form is also sent to the integrated spreadsheet on a separate column by default.

Got it. but is there a way to change the timezone? Or is there an alternative widget that has the same options (with read-only) and can set the timezone? I need to update it with timezone GMT-4

    thank you.

The Date field will have the same date on the device where the form is accessed. However, the Submission Date in the integrated Google Spreadsheet is similar to the Submission Date on the submissions page of the form.

You can change the Timezone of the Submission Date on the submissions page of your form by following the instructions in this guide — How-to-Change-Submission-Date-to-a-Different-Format-and-Timezone.

Regardless of the timezone where the form was submitted, it will be converted to the timezone set in your account on the submissions page.

I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
