Hi,
I'm creating a form for somebody, so how they can view or edit submission of that form only without they need to login into my account?
Second question, is that possible to lock the form by using separate username and password?
thanks

You may add an edit URL link in your autoresponder so that your form users can edit their submissions.

Second question, is that possible to lock the form by using separate username and password?
We don't allow the username and password fields in the form as this may violate our terms of use.
Can you please explain further why you want to lock your form? Do you want only a limited user to access your form?
You may however, use a short text entry and name it as code then use the show/hide conditions to show/hide your form fields.
