We get a help desk question and the form sends us a notification.

When we select 'edit this submission' we open a hidden field with a drop down list of support options.

We would like to 'forward' the ticket to the appropriate email address, then let that person answer the original submission.

That means the request comes to admin, admin forwards it to someone in our staff then that person answers the request.

    1) The help desk form is filled in and submitte.
    2) We select 'edit this submission"
    3) We choose "Action" and we select "Referred to Office Personnel".
    4) Hidden field "Referred to" opens up.
    5) We select a email address from the list.
    6) We Submit the form.

    7) This sends the email to the {referredTo}  email address NOT to the {email}.
    8) That person selects "edit this submission"
    9) Submit sends the{Grand Lodge Remarks} to the original help desk request email address "{email}"

    Can this be done?
