How can I block someone from registering for our conferences?

    I have two questions.

    1.How can I block someone from registering for our conferences?

    2.

    We have several conferences where attendees need to be approved. My question is, once they are approved, how can I have them register with payment via credit card? Do I need to redirect them and they have to register again. Is there a simple way of approving and asking them to register with credit card without having to re-register?

    Thank you but this doesn’t help
    Anyone can register for our events . Certain individuals who we don’t want attending, we would like to see if we could block them from registering without having to refund money
