My IP is banned and I am unable to login to Jotform

    I can no longer have access to the Jotform website nor to this form.

    Sorry but the image that you have posted on the support thread is not visible. Kindly refer to this guide to understand how you can post images on this support thread: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.

    However, I checked your IP and it does not seem to have an issue. I have white-listed this IP now. Please check if you are able to login now.
