How do i make an order form for rents?

Hello im trying to create a form that would allow residents to pay rent on my website and pay via credit card the current pay platform, im using is forte. I was wondering if i could make a form that would allow the residents to enter an amount and then add a $15 processing fee then it would link to the payment in forte. Thank you for your help

I have a code snip it to go to the pay now option in forte how would i add that to the form to input the amount requested if this is an option thanks

You can create an order form and add calculations to it. You will be able to add your processing fee as a constant and add it on top of the rent. You can check this walkthrough:
