Is there a way to retrieve the past information that was submitted on the original forms?

I was working to update our form.  I did not  understand that when I made changes to the form, it changed the forms that were already submitted.  I accidentally deleted a question and then added it back in.  Unfortunately when I looked at a form that was already submitted the question had fallen off that form and I couldn't retrieve the answers.

Is there a way to retrieve the past information that was submitted on the original forms? If I want to make updates to the form, do I need to make a copy and make changes on the copy to keep this from happening?

I could only provide one screen shot so I gave you a submitted from where the question went missing:

What Equipment and supplies do you require OLLI to supply for your class?  Check all that apply?

If you want to update a field, we recommend you hide the previous field and add the new question. We don't recommend deleting fields as it would delete the associated submission data.

To clarify, all the submission data of the field was removed?

You may try reverting your form to the previous version before your have deleted the filed.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
