    Hi guys,

In my form 91630298940664, the submission number 4366811477773912801 met the conditions of condition #8 for email recipient (cupom validation NOT EQUAL to 1 and # SKUs = 2). But the autoresponder emailFULL NO CUPON 2 SKUS, was only sent to recipient {typeA99}. Until now, 15 minutes after submission, the email {userEmail} has not been delivered.

    Could you please help?

    Thank you.

Guys, I have inverted the order in condition 8, putting first the {userEmail} as recipient and then {typeA99}.

I was pretty sure it wouldn't work, but it did. The email of the last submission (4366856857775989232) was immediately sent to both recipients. And the previous submission (4366851317774368943) emails hasn't arrived to {typeA99}.

I have checked the mail log of the email address entered in the "Test Email" field in your form for the submission with the submission ID 4366851317774368943 and it appears that it was sent successfully based on our records.

In my opinion, the issue doesn't seem to be with the #8 condition that is associated with the email fields in your form since the emails were sent.

Can you check the Spam Folder of the email address to see if the email were sent directly there, please?

Also, I understand that you are using a Custom Sender Email Address for the email autoresponder (FULL NO CUPON 2 SKU) in your form which should not, in any way, contribute to the issue you are having, but can you try changing Sender Email of the email autoresponder (FULL NO CUPON 2 SKU) to one of our default sender email addresses (noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com) and see it makes any difference, please?
