Email notifications

    Hi there,

    I'm writing from Float Fremantle. We are receiving an email for every Jotform Waiver or Intake form that a customer fills out. Our inbox is overflowing! 

    How can we unsubscribe from this service?

    Hi Sherron!

    In order to stop receiving notifications from your forms, please delete the notification by going to form Settings>Emails, clicking on the orange Trash Bin icon and then clicking Yes. Do this for all of the forms you would like to stop receiving notifications for. You will no longer receive the notifications with submission data when respondents fill out your form, but you will still be able to see the data in Jotform Inbox or on the Submissions page.
