Is it possible to have filtered results from a spreadsheet and display them in a drop down?

I have a (71933,2) excel spreadsheet. It is a list of 71933 healthcare codes I need my users to select from. The two columns are titled "code" and "description." I need to be able to search/filter this list by code or description and ultimately select the correct code in a filtered dropdown format. So if a user begins typing muscle, then the list should filter out all codes that don't have muscle in the description and only show the ones that say muscle so a user can narrow the search and select the correct code. Then I need that selected code to populate in my jotform. What is the simplest way to do this?

    Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, I'm afraid it's not possible to implement what you want, we do have only a widget that allows to pull up data from a spreadsheet, but it works like a search box, you link the spreadsheet and the users can type to search, you then map that search box with a column in the spreadsheet.

I would recommend you to kindly check the following guide so you can get more details about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

    I hope this helps.
