My form is stuck in please wait

Our apologies for the problem.

I believe the issue is caused by the embed method that you are currently using. Example, if you have pasted the form link in the post/page and let WordPress do the oEmbed, it will create an issue in the form. 

To fix the problem, we suggest re-embedding the form using our iframe method:

Please paste the form through the Custom HTML block with Gutenberg. If you are not using Gutenberg editor with WordPress, check with your theme.
