When trying to submit a form on jotform, I get the 'I am not a robot' process after hitting submit. If I include the advanced captcha in the form itself it asks a second time after hitting 'submit' This is very concerning as I'm afraid people will hit submit and close the window. Why is this happening?

Could you please provide the form link so we can check the issue? To find the form URL, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
Also, is the form embedded on a website? If yes, please share the link so we can investigate it further.
We'll wait for your reply.

I made a test submission in your form (without payment because your form requires actual payment) and the submission went through just fine. I am not getting the error you've mentioned.
If you are still getting a captcha after hitting the submit button, this might be related to your Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy you're using, a browser plugin or a program you're using.
If you're using proxy in your browser, please disable it and try again. If not, it is possible that there's unusual traffic from your computer network which triggers the captcha. You should complete the captcha in order to proceed with the submission.

of not being a robot after hitting the submit button. Thanks again.

Can you please try clearing your browser's cache or user another web browser?
I have also cleared your form cache.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
