How can I add an "insert (upload) image" element to my form?

I want suppliers who are filling out my form to be able to add product images to the form. Is there a way to do that?

Look at my screenshot below... I want it to be like that, but the person filling out the form can insert the images.

You can receive multiple image uploads with a File Upload element added to the form.

If you need an image preview, you can use the Image Upload Preview widgets instead.
