Once a payment form is submitted from a website can the products be verified by someone in the company before it is sent to authorize.net?

I have a question about this product.

When the form is submitted for ordering products from a company website

Can the order on the form be verified  manually from someone in the company and then that person can click a button and have it sent to authorize.net?

Sometimes the products on the web form created by jotform need to be looked at by someone in the company because we may not have the products available.

Once it is confirmed products are available a person within the company clicks a checkbox or submit button and it is processed by authorize.net.

The environment is salesforce but the form would be hosted on an public company web server

Also can you split orders? Say a person wants to order 10 products on the order form but

5 get paid now and 5 get paid at a future date.

You may enable the Authorization only settings in your integration to capture payment at a later time when needed.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to split payments for products. You may create a subscription.
