Monthly Submissions limit

Good Morning, 

I am curious as to what happens when I meet my monthly subscription total. If someone submits a form will it bounce back, will it be archived and released in the new month, will the sender know it hasn't gone through?

As far as I understand, you are referring to monthly submissions limit. If your account exceeds the allocated monthly quota and not upgraded, the forms will be disabled. So, submissions will not be bounced back, users will not be able to fill out the form.
