Condition no longer works in my form.

the condition attached below does not work anymore. i use this condition for years but since few days only this condition no longer works. i deleted and reprogrammed it but it still does not work. please help me

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and found that earlier today, you have made several changes in your form's conditions. Please check the screenshot below:
