Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to auto fill multiple fields. For example if I choose (from a drop down menu) a customer ID number, all the customers details, including name, email, age etc, will automatically be entered in the corresponding fields.
Thank you for your time

Hello,
It is possible to auto fill some of the fields in your form by using Conditions feature. Please follow these steps;
Go to your Settings menu.
Choose “Conditions” > “Update/Calculate Field”
Use “IF” condition to set up your rules. If you have ID numbers for your customers, set IF condition for this field. Target “Values” and enter your ID value into “Value” field.
Choose “DO” field as “Calculate a field’s value”. Select your field that needs to be filled from Summary option and type your result in the (in your case customer name) box below.
Click Save button.
Please be aware that separate conditions need to be set for each customer ID. You can duplicate your condition by clicking on the settings button and alter the content of it accordingly.
You can also find an example form in this link; https://form.jotform.com/91762078600962
You can clone the example form to use it for yourself. Here is the guide on how to clone forms; https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
If you would like to try a different method, you can also use SpreadSheet widget. The Spreadsheet to Form Widget allows you to upload a spreadsheet to your form and use the values you have on the spreadsheet to pre-populate the form. By using a unique code present on each row of your spreadsheet, you can access that specific row when it matches the unique code entered on the form. Think of it as querying a database using the Unique Code as the key index. You can find a guide in this link;

Looking forward for your response.
