Can my JotForm be in HTML so that I can include its link in my website?

My website host is giving me pushback on using JotForm. I am a newly launched independent travel agent trying to get my website up. I am affiliated with a large "host" travel agency (Plaza) who uses an industry-specific webhosting company (Advaia). It would be simplest if I could use configure the webhost's template for my own website. What I really need is a data collection form, such as I could do on Jotform, for each of the group trips that I sell. There seems to be a disconnect between me (who is not a technology person) and the webhost in incorporating Jotform forms into my website. Here is the latest email:

"Many sites have data collection forms. I am not saying that your site cannot. What I have been explaining is that using the Plaza form (which you now indicate you are not using) would require it to be modified and be local on your site to collect the data, the offer would have to have the ability to be created and then show on the site (now you are indicating Jotform) and then that information would have had to be passed to the Plaza form. If the Plaza form and creating the complete offer are not needed then you can use Jotform, but you still need to get that to the site. This is where I am suggesting creating an HTML offer which is already available in the CMS. Based on that we would not have to create or engineer anything."

I guess the question is, can Jotform be in HTML so I can include a link on my website? Would it be possible to have a phone conversation? I need to get my website up and this is a huge stumbling block. Please respond ASAP.

    Thank you, Gail Sherman

Thank you for contacting us! If I understood correctly, you are looking to download the full source code of the form, if this is correct, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

However, if your purpose is just to display a link of your site inside the form, you could use the Text field instead, example:

Actually, what I want to do is the opposite of what you said. I want to
insert a link to the JotForm on my website. If I send your link included
in your response to the webhost, should they be able to do this?
    Many thanks,
    Gail

The guide in the link my colleague sent is describing how you can publish a JotForm from your website with its source code. Please note that your submission data will be stored in our servers even you are using the source code of the form.
I think sending to your webhost this thread or the link my colleague sent can help you.
