If that is not what you mean, could you please explain further?

Do you mean to say then when they fill up form and just before the submit form, the form is loaded again?
I did test your form by sending a test submission and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit form and the data was also captured in the form's submission page as well. Please check the screenshot below:
