    Also, I have problems with scroll on ipad: is it a known problem? How can I solve?

    What exactly is the problem? Is the scroll not working? Please tell us to which form is the issue related to.

    The scroll doesn not work on ipad.

    Can you please let us know where exactly scroll does not work? As I check your form with Safari on iPad, it seems to work correctly:
